I have trained hard this week, but feeling like I have made no changes this week. So quite frustrated, I see no changes in the mirror or on the scales.
I don’t rely on scales, but when you are cutting you should be seeing them move. I see Nuria next Tuesday so hopefully the body fat test shows something else. I would like to be in the 26% range, and I trained hard not to be. SO will be quite upset if I’m not.
And I will asking if I can add in 2x HIIT for the week aswell at my 2x 45min. Need to get things moving faster. Specially with Raro coming up
