I have been trying to figure out why I have been so run down lately, I want to workout but just don’t have the energy. I’m not sick, I’m getting plenty of sleep, I’m eating well and exercising. At first I couldn’t understand why I would be feeling like this.
But yesterday I just clicked. I’m properly not having enough calories! So I went into the IIFYM calculator and added an extra 100 calories. Only small to start off with. and will see how I’m feeling in 2 weeks time.
With the way I’m training and my cardio at the moment, I’m not worried about gaining to much fat, I have put on a bit since my show, but my body seems to sit at this higher body fat % easier and I’m learning to embrace it. At the end of the day I’m still a lot smaller then I was 2 years ago.
I want to be stronger and I need more fuel to help with my lifts.
