Smashed shoulders this morning, and still feeling the burn. I have been having issues with side rasies the last couple of months, due to my shoulder. And decided to try them on the cable machine with the rope. I think having the hand in a different position really helped and I had no issues at all. Thanks to @bsnathleticmodel2014 for posting up @amandalatona video showing the side raise with the rope. Bring on them gains. #bsnmodelcomp #bsnathleticmodel #chicksthatliftheavy #chicksthatlift

Getting it done. I always find it hard to motivate myself when it comes to cardio. But my goal, is to be better then last year. I am my own competition, I can only motivate myself, only I can push myself. Your workouts are important meetings you secluded with yourself. And bosses don’t cancel. 💪#teamnfusion #NfusioN #bsnnewzealand #bsnmodelcomp #bsnathleticmodel #cardiobabe #motivation #gymlife #gymbunny

Hey okay I neeee advice. I want to change my lifestyle and my poor eating habits and I want to do it so badly but I can never mentally convince and discipline myself enough to follow through. Where should I start first? What inspired and motivated you? Do you have any tricks that help you stay on track? Help please!!

I started after I was put into a ward with the obese patients. Which freaked me out and I wanted to change when I got out. I started making small changes. Started having breakfast and healthy snacks. Then changed to healthier lunches and dinner. I set myself little goals. Get through the day without eating crap. Then get through 2 days and so on. I gave myself 1 cheat meal a week. Which I love planning. I don’t have a sweet tooth but love savory food. I made sure I was drinking 3ltr of water a day. And swapped out coffee for Green Tea. Keep a food diary and also write up your meals for the week. And only buy the food you need for your meals.
