2 months post comp

So I have put on 3kg in 2months. I kinda don’t care and in some ways I do. I know some of this is water weight and I’m not 100% happy with what I see in the mirror.

But then I am really happy. Started IIFYM/carb backloading style of eating and loving the freedom I have. Also love having my strength back in my training.

I know my body needs to get used to this new way of eating. I’m no longer eating just clean food. Though 80-90% of my macros are clean. But I’m loving the freedom of having ice cream and biscuits at night if I want them and not feeling guilty about it.

I do know I need to start doing my cardio that I always plan to do but never do haha. Just 18weeks of having 2x a day cardio has made me hate it. I just need to start making once a day habit out of it. I don’t plan on doing much just either 30min steady or 20-30mion HIIT. But it’s just getting myself to do it. I need to stop being a lazy bitch and just do it. 

My first Protein mug cake. I forgot that I was only going to use half the yoghurt in the cake and the other as sauce. Oh well next time. This hit my macros perfect to end the day.
